1. The collar changer is a closed-loop device, which detects the spindle encoder signal directly. Once the spindle speed drops,
the closed-loop control is started quickly. The output torque within 30 seconds is more than twice the rated value, which greatly
reduces the possibility of boring. 2. Automatic shift can be realized for the headstock or gearbox with four mechanical
crotchpositions (patent technology, pending application) . After automatic shift, the gear can be recognized automatically without
changing any habit of the operator.
