Product Feature:
1.The gantry structure is a closed door-type structure, while the bed structure is an "C" type open structure. As the name implies, the closed structure is certainly more stable than the open structure. It's made of high-strength HT300 quality cast iron, and the design structure is reasonable after aging treatment. The casting and processing technology is good, providing high rigidity, good anti-deflection capability, and excellent precision stability.

2.The gantry structure, with its ultra-short throat depth, addresses the weakest link of the bed structure-the throat depth issue. The throat depth of the compact gantry is 50% shorter than that of the bed structure, and the rigidity of the machine can be doubled.

3.For the weakest part of the gantry structure, the slide block, after extensive usage validation, a set of linear rails was added, significantly strengthening the rigidity of the four-rail structure. This fundamentally overcomes the issue of insufficient slide block rigidity, greatly enhancing the overall rigidity of the machine compared to the bed-type machining center.

4.It features a high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity spindle unit from a well-known Taiwanese brand, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, reaching speeds of up to 8000rpm.

5.The spindle uses a central blow structure, quickly cleaning the inner cone of the spindle with high-pressure central air after spindle tool release, ensuring the precision of tool clamping.

6.The X, Y, Z directional guide rails and screws are all enclosed for protection, ensuring cleanliness and precision in the machine's transmission and movement.

7.The machine's external protection uses a fully enclosed structure design, ensuring safety and reliability.

8.It employs a centralized automatic lubrication system, providing stable and reliable operation with timed, quantified, automatic intermittent lubrication.

9.The worktable has a length-to-width ratio of Z:1.5, making it more suitable for the processing of molds and mold frames.
